Company Stage Templates ADMIN

Seed a stage list every member can pick when promoting a saved search into a pursuit. Manage existing templates from the Pursuits tab.

Feature

Pursuits are on by default. They power the Pursuits tab, the “Add to pursuit” action on contract cards, and “Make pursuit” on each saved-search section in your feed. Uncheck to hide all of that.

Notification emails

Each pursuit's Team panel has a per-board override that wins over this default.

Saved stage templates

Stage lists you can pick from when promoting a feed section. Create them on the promote page by choosing Custom and checking Save this list as a template.

Get an OS-level pop-up notification when someone @-mentions you, replies on a card you commented on, or moves your cards. Works on desktop and installed PWAs (iOS Safari requires installing AllTracts to your home screen first).

One email per day, summarising new matches across all your saved searches. Pursuit-specific emails (mentions, activity) are managed on the Pursuits tab.
The digest is built and sent at this hour each day. Choose a time when you usually check email.
